The replacement parts are aligned as follows:

Original Part New Part

1. TMS320C6747BZKBA3 ===> TMS320C6747DZKBA3

2. TMS320C6747BZKBT3 ===> TMS320C6747DZKBT3

You will notice that the "B" letter that immediately follows the C6747 part of the orderable has been changed from "B" to "D". From the datasheet, this change indicates an update to the silicon version that is used. This is fairly common practice across all TI device to have revisions to silicon through the life of the device. Unless otherwise noted in the errata or datasheet, there should be no functional differences in these new part numbers.
