TMS320VC5510A: HPE bit in System Register

Hi team,

We are using TMS320VC5510AZGWA1 which is in old package for long time, and we received previous revision datasheet when we bought this DSP first time.

However, we found the datasheet for TMS320VC5510AZAVA1 which we bought this time is updated to Rev.O.
Regarding to the datasheet, HPE bit was newly added to SYSR at datasheet revision update.

Upon migrating ZGW package to ZAV package, we would like to know the difference between dies on each package.
Isn't there any difference between these dies?
