DSP support,
Our customer set up CCS for the C5000, connected the XDS200, selected TMS320C5501, and got the message below:
TMS320VC5501 16-bit Fixed point ultra low power DSP
END OF SUPPORT NOTICE:
This device has no direct TI support and will be removed in a future release.
I understand that we don't have a software team spending time on C5x right now, but what does it mean about "will be removed in a future release"?
Do we have a target version or date for when it will be removed?
