I am not sure if AMMU in SBL should be configured in a different way to have access in CCS to read memory is allocated RBL code. Can you explain what is the address to be checked (0x0, 0x55000000, 0x58800000...). It is quite confusing to understand it must be checked IPU_ROM or IPU_BOOT_SPACE, and if AMMU must be in the proper configuration to see its content from CCS.
