Would please confirm  TDA4VM SDK Ver8.4 supported 

1) gPTP on CPSW9G : ready and tested with TDA4VM-EVM board  ?   if yes, what's the gPTP version 

2) linuxptp4l on Linux A72 :  ready and tested with TDA4VM-EVM board  ?

    This is present from SDK 8.4 onwards on native ethernet driver on Linux. Note that linuxptp is not used with ethfw or enet applications.

    On Ethfw and Enet applications, we have ptp API using which we can configure a ptp slave only. This is also verified on EVM.
