TDA4VM: Whether TDA4VM support Samsung LPDDR4 4GB K4FBE3D4HM-TFCL and DDRSS register parameter ready to use?

Hi TI Expert:

Currently we want to verify Samsung LPDDR4 4GB 2nd source, UART fail log is "Timeout during frequency handshake".

How could we modify this issue??
