DRA750: The Samsung HS200 eMMC doesn't work well

SDK VERSION: 3.2

Kernel version: Linux-4.4.84

Our customer encountered eMMC issue on their system based on DRA750. When they used Micron eMMC NAND Flash, it worked well. But when they replaced the Micron eMMC NAND flash by Samsung eMMC NAND flash(KLM8G1GEUF-B04P-EMMC-8GB-Ver5.1-3.3V-8). After  running a period of time, a little of them can't start up successfully, the system halt in loading application because some lib can't be loaded successfully.

Can you help to review the eMMC schematic diagram?
