I have read In datasheet ( I hope I have understood the right thing ) that the C6211 have port to transfert data. Is it possible to connect some device directly to this port with a DSKC621?
Thank you

The C6211 has multiple interfaces for moving data in and out of the device, from serial ports to parallel memory ports, so it is certainly possible to connect the C6211 to other devices with these ports, however it depends on what the device you are connecting to is and what interface it requires.
Ok but how it is possible to access these port with a DSK6211. Is it need a special daugther card?
Typically there would be some sort of daughtercard as these interfaces are pinned out on the daughtercard headers, I supposed this would really depend on what you are interfacing to though, unless you have hardware that connects to the DSK directly you will probably need some sort of daughtercard adapter.
For example, if want to connect a micro-controller to the DSK6211 by a parallel port. is it need a daughter card or it is possible to connect the micro controller directly to the daughter card connector (without daughter card)
Potentially yes, though it depends on your microcontroller and how its interface works as well. The DB-25 parallel port on the C6211 DSK actually connected to both an on board JTAG emulator and the host port (HPI) of the C6211, so theoretically it could be used to load code/data to the C6211 from a master device on the parallel port. Unfortunately I do not really have any collateral on what it would take to do this though, as the C6211 DSK obsolete and is a board I have never really used myself.
Ok but if I use this way I will lost the pc to DSk6211 communication. Is it possible to use daughter card connector to acces HD port of the DSP. Or this port is only available if I use a daughter card

I am not sure what you mean here by HD port, or by the difference between using the daughter card connector and using a daughter card? Could you clarify what kind of communication you need to do with this microcontroller and what interface it has?
Sorry I mist understand datasheet information. HD I'm talking about is a part of HPI port

You say it is possible to acces HPI port by the DB25 connector but it is possible to acces this port by the daughter card connector or I need a special add-on card to include this capability to my DSK6211.
On the C6211 DSK the HPI port is only routed through some muxing to the DB-25 parallel port connector, the daughter card conectors only have connections for the external memory interface (EMIF, a parallel master port) and the multi channel buffered serial port (McBSP).
