Can an ALW package using a Via Channel array (VCA) have a mounting rule equivalent to 0.8-mm pitch like an AMC package?

The VCA pattern and escape proposals on AM62x has been extensively detailed in the Escape routing guidelines app note (sprad13).

I am also pasting below the relevant ruleset (also contained in the app note) that the customers can use.
