Hi Shine,
The connection looks correct. Can you confirm whether the customer is still not able to see the 0x10 address get populated when running i2cdetect -y -r 0x8 and i2cdetect -y -r 0x9?
And can the customer also try only connecting one camera at a time and doing i2cdetect?
