Hi TI Expert
As the snapshot show (Sprad06, chapter 2.7), the vpp power rail seens must enable for LPDDR4 used, if yes it may conflict with VPP power rail defination in AM62x Datasheet.

Hi James
Can you help figure out which power rail named VPP in DDR4?
I can't find any power rail which is named VPP in LPDDR4 and AM62x_DDR4 port side.

Hello Jingcheng
On the SoC side, you will only see the VPP supply used for eFuse.
The VPP for the DDR is on the device.
Pls Refer the EVM schematics.
