Hi Expert,
LPDDR4_CA3 should be single end 40 Ohm, but the EVM board file LPDDR4_CA3 line width is 5.8mils, the middle shrinks to 4.49mils, and finally returns to 5.8mils
it is not like the common pin field shrinking line width only at the head and tail ends...is this normal?
Will there be any problem if the LAYOUT design of LPDDR4 is copied from EVM?
Thanks
Daniel
Hello Daniel
Thank you for the query.
Will there be any problem if the LAYOUT design of LPDDR4 is copied from EVM?
Based on my interaction with the simulation team, the EVM designs are simulated to meet the interface requirements and can be resued.
