The only temperature related information available is detailed in the datasheet. Can you details why Tc is not sufficient?

Hello Paul, we need the maximun junction temperature in order to do some thermal stress analisys. We have to ensure that the Tj<Tjmax of the component. Should we regard Tc as Tjmax?

Thanks for the detail. I'm checking to see if it is possible to obtain the Tj information you need. However, as noted earlier, there may be no additional information available other than what is already in the datasheet.
