AM62X-PET-CALC: AM6204 ibis model

Hi TI

I download the SPRM 766 as the AM62x IBIS model , but found the pin net can't match with AM6204_AMC 's net.

For example , F20 in ibis is RESET_REQZ, but in schematic RESET_REQZ is E15.

Thank you for the query.

The Model you are looking is for the AM625 which is ALW package.

Are you looking for the AM620X device?

Based on your reply, i will have to check internally.

Is there indepandent datasheet for AM620x?

Is there independant ibis model for AM6204_AMC package?

Currently can i used the SPRM766 ibis model , and find out the pin relation ship between ALW and AMC package?

Thank you for checking.

The datasheet covers both the ALW and the AMC package.

We should have a separate IBIS model.

Could you please reach out to the TI sales or support you are working with to help with the IBIS model.
