Dear Team,

Please confirm the reason for change in GPIO assignment from PMIC in Appnote and EVK schematic file.

The PMIC application note should be followed. The EVK schematic reference an older PMIC part number which had some related errata (as GPIO9 is unused). The latest PMIC part number resolves those items, but a few GPIO did get remapped. The EVK design has not been updated with the newer PMIC.

Ok, So now I can use newer PMIC part and assign GPIOs according to the Appnote right?

Correct. Make sure to also update to the correct PMIC part number documented in the application note.
