AM6548: Boundary scan for HSFS on AM65x

Need clarification on how we can test our PCBAs with a AM65 HS Sitara via JTAG boundary scan.

There could be different possibilities:
1. First test the board via boundary scan with a HS-FS device (before key programming), then do the key programming
2. First do the key programming to get a HS-SE device, then test the board via boundary scan
3. Boundary scan with a AM65 HS device is not possible at all. This would have big impact to in-circuit testing.

JTAG Boundary Scan functions should work the same way irrelevant of device types (GP or HS) i,e, JTAG Boundary Scan should always work.

On the other hand, JTAG Debug Access depends on device types (GP or HS)

thank you, this is good news.
My interpretation of your word "always" is that boundary scan will work with HS-FS (before key programming) as well as with HS-SE (after).
Correct?

JTAG Debug restrictions are clear to me.
