TMS320VC5510A: I need to get authorization to download CCS 6.2.0 for Window XP for porting.

Hi TI Support,

I am migrating my older CCS project which are based 3.3 which were based in XP to latest CCS version.  But I need to migrate them in stages by first going to CCS 6.2 which was the last version for XP. When I get to https://www.ti.com/tool/download/CCSTUDIO/5.5.0.00077, it won't let me download that version - see below at bottom of the screenshot.  Can you please provide authorization to let me download CCS 6.2.0 for XP?

BTW, I clarify that I am based in California and this item is not for export.
