The PMIC_ENABLE should be always high to turn on the PMIC. What is the voltage you are getting at TP41?

It is in milli volts

Is this the TP46 VCC_3V3_MAIN or PMIC_ENABLE?

The Board was working earlier,

TP46 is 3V3 

My PMIC enable is in milli volts

Yes we were using this boards 

After this issue I conneccted the J9 also, Problem was NOT Solved

For some reason, LPM enable is set on the processor. Have you tried any low power mode when EVM was working before?

Where did you buy this EVM?

Yes, We did low power mode through Linux Processor SDK 9.1 by sending the system to Partial I/O Mode.
