There are no diagnostic tools. There is a register configuration tool here: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprac36

In the application report mentions about the Debug Resources:

Maybe this tool can help us to check if DDR is having an issue (even it is not able to make a diagnostic) if it returns any kind of error when running on a defective board. Please, is there available more documentation on how to connect to the target device and run the script, apart from the indicated in the README file?
