I bought TMS320C6416TBCLZD1 from TI Store, but seems there's some burr on the top of the device(see below photos).
Can you advise does this situation meet the TI standards? Thanks.

Hi Jessie, Can you also provide picture of the shipping label from which these devices came out of. And picture of the top package side of one of the devices. Were these purchased from TI direct or an authorized TI distributor?
I believe the best course of action would be to submit a Customer Product Return form as will get an Field Quality Engineer assigned to review the data, get alignment with the assembly site and determine next steps: Customer returns | Additional information | TI.com

Our production need this part very urgent, now our question is only for the surface burr issue that I show in the first two photos, I just wanna know does this situation meet the TI standards? Thanks.
Your pics show the 'surface burr' as only on the outer edges of the lid which won't have electrical connection to the die. You show no questionable areas of the substrate, (which would have been a more critical area). From the pictures the 'surface burr' appear to be cosmetic only.
Since there is no activity for more than 6 months, will close the ticket. Please submit a new ticket if there is still issues.
