Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM62A7, TMDSEMU110-U, TMDSEMU560V2STM-U, TMDSEMUPROTRACE
In Addition, in PROC135A_SCE implemented XDS110, I saw that XDS does not support AM62A7 processors, can you please clarify?

Hello,
I saw that XDS does not support AM62A7 processors
Where did you see this stated?
Thanks

Hi,
I saw in TMDSEMU110-U XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe:https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU110-U
that AM62A7 or ARM CORTEX-A53 is not included in the list of Supported products.
However, in the TMDSEMU560V2STM-U XDS560 software v2 system trace USB debug probe the AM62A7 is included at the Supported products
Please explain what I am missing.
As I understood in the PROC135A_SCH, TI give 2 ways to connect to AM62A7:
1. MICRO-B-USB -> XDS110 (TM4C1294NCPD33TR controller) -> AM62A7.
2. TI20 pin JTAG connector - > AM62A7.
My design should support TRACE debug capabilities of the processor,
My design not include XDS110 (TM4C1294NCPD33TR controller), I have only TI20 pin JTAG connector,
For debug capabilities of the processor which XDS debugger I should to purchase?
TMDSEMU110-U XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe / TMDSEMU560V2STM-U XDS560 software v2 system trace USB debug probe or TMDSEMUPROTRACE XDS560v2 PRO TRACE Receiver & Debug Probe???
Best Regards,
Shlomo A.
Thank you for clarifying. That page needs updating to include the newer devices that has been released. AM6x is supported by XDS110 (including AM62A7).
We will update the page. Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks
