AM6421: DDR4 Placement

As per Application note: AM64x\AM243x DDR Board Design and Layout Guidelines(SPRACU1A – OCTOBER 2020 – REVISED JUNE 2021) DDR4 placement is mentioned as follows

Which means Distance between DDR4 and AM6421 is mentioned as 2000 mils(50.8mm)

But in the application note: AM64x and AM243x BGA Escape Routing(SPRUIY5A – FEBRUARY 2021 – REVISED JULY 2021) it is maximum 20mm-25mm

Could you clarify these points?

The escape guidelines document is only intended for providing guidelines on escape strategy from the SoC for the various interfaces and should not be treated as a design document for the DDR interface. The picture was only included for reference, most likely and also the dimensions are not mentioned.
