How does one apply patch 0001-Enable-MCAN-for-SK-TDA4VM-on-6.1-kernel.patch to enable CAN channels on SK-TDA4VM? I have SDK 09.02.00.05 and sorely need those CAN channels to work.

Hi Rodrigo,

As a warning, there is a report from another user that there are some issues with 1 of the 4 CAN ports: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1361869/tda4vm-can-device-can-not-be-found-in-sk-tda4vm-ver09-02-00-05. However, the other 3 CAN ports should be functional with the patch.

Hello Mr. Fujiwara,

I applied the patch, built the SD card. I later went back and enabled the CAN device details and rebuilt with the updates. This sorted the problem.
