SM320VC33-EP: JTAG programming document

Thanks for checking.
The customer also uses TMS320C31PQA50. Could you check the same information for this device, too?
I guess both are C3x DSPs, so JTAG programming should be the same.

I checked the old post, but I need more explanation.
According to your last post, C3x uses MPSD, not JTAG.
So I guess the customer need how to program devices using MPSD.

You provided ACT8990 datasheet and Users Guide, but I am not sure how that device relates to MPSD programming.
I checked both document, but it does not mention anything about MPSD.
Could you clarify how the customer utilize these document for C3x programming?

You could try posting in the Code Composer Studio forum. 

Perhaps a virtual machine with a supported OS version may work with the existing tools?
