TDA4VM: What lens parameters are required to generate the Mesh LUT required for LDC?

HI, I am currently doing ISP TUNING on TDA4VM, and I have DCC Tool to assist me in doing ISP TUNING.

I understand from the file that if I want to do LDC, I need a Mesh LUT, and generating a Mesh LUT requires some lens parameters. Can you tell me what parameters are needed so that I can ask the lens manufacturer for these parameters?
