Hello Ravindra,
The Matrix Gui is no longer supported in this SDK version, but if you need to start a process/ app at kernel boot up look at using system-d to enable your program during kernel boot.
See https://www.howtogeek.com/687970/how-to-run-a-linux-program-at-startup-with-systemd/
There is plenty of info about this subject online: ex: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/778281/trying-to-start-application-at-startup-using-systemd-not-working
You could also look at how this is configured for Matrix GUI in older SDKs. Search the following:
root@am57xx-evm:~# find / | grep matrix-gui-2.0.service /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/matrix-gui-2.0.service /run/media/mmcblk1p2/lib/systemd/system/matrix-gui-2.0.service /run/media/mmcblk1p2/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/matrix-gui-2.0.service /run/systemd/units/invocation:matrix-gui-2.0.service /lib/systemd/system/matrix-gui-2.0.service
Best,
