Hello engineer
We are designing with reference to PROC101D; But it was found that the data lines of am6442 and DDR devices do not correspond one-to-one. Where does this basis come from?
It is okay to swap data bit within byte. you can image it is just a storage unit, doesn't matter what is the sequency, just ensure read out from the exact unit where is written to, the purpose is making layout easy, you can swap it as you wish.

2.17 Bit Swapping
2.17.1 Data Bit Swapping
Data bit swapping is allowed to simplify routing as long as the bits swapped are within the same byte group. This is only possible when not using CRC. However, the prime bit, the lowest numbered bit in each byte, must be connected to the corresponding bit on the SDRAM without swapping. That is bit 0 and bit 8. Also, the DM and DQS bits must not be swapped
