DRA821U: Enable DRA821U CPSW5G RGMii support in u-boot

Dear Champ,

Following previous e2e I submit, there is a following request to enable support for this RGMii2 on GESI board in u-boot.

Could we provide a patch as reference to enable this RGMii port support in u-boot?

Hi,

We have some patches for the 8.2 SDK release.

Please refer to those and enable the CPSW5G from u-boot.

Patches:
5516.j784s4-08_02_02_06-cpsw9g-uboot.zip

Also, ensure the PHY driver is added to u-boot.
