DM368 IPNC ONVIF issues on V3.0 using 3rd party ONVIF software

We are using ONVIF Device Manager v2.2.45 ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/onvifdm/ ) and also Milestone XProtect Go (www.milestonesys.com) software to communicate to DM368 IPNC v3.0.
Here are our observations.
1. ONVIF Device Manager detects the IP camera, but only during startup of the camera.  If the camera is already started and ONVIF device manager is launched, it does not discover.  We need to run ONVIF manager first, then turn on the camera (or reboot the camera) to be able to discover it.
2. Milestone XProtect Go cannot discover the IP camera as ONVIF.
3. Although ONVIF Device Manger can discover IP camera, it cannot connect to it. It gives "The Server committed a protocol violation.  Section=ResponseStatusLine" and "There was no endpoint listening athttp://192.168.1.xx/onvif/ services that could accept the message." 
In summary, we could not get the ONVIF to work with these two 3rd party ONVIF software.
As a comparison, we have an AXIS P1344 ONVIF camera and this camera works with both ONVIF Device Manager and Milestong XProtect.
TI's assistance would be appreciated.

    ONVIF Device Manager isn't ONVIF test tool . If your IP-CAM  need ONVIF Certification , you need download ONVIF Test Tool.

    Hello Joyce:

          Our company is the manufacturer of IP-CAM using TI DM365 as solution, we want to have ONVIF Test Tool v11.12 to install.

    Could you tell me where I can download it? Because we only have OnvifTestReport_IPNC_DM36x.pdf document which is TI provided.

    Now, we try to run the test by ourself. Thanks for help~

    Only ONVIF member can download ONVIF test tool. If you are looking TIDM368 ONVIF Software Stack ,you can contact me via email joyce@lingodigit.com . I could arrange TI DM36x ONVIF Software Stack demo version to you. By the way,Lingodigit's ONVIF Software has licensed to over five countries .

    If you only need ONVIF test tool , please join ONVIF as membership . It will need about 2 weeks to join that ,then you can download test tool.
