hi,

i was seeking one schematic based on OMAP4. where this IC TPS61301 was used. it is mentioned that this IC is being used as audio hands free boost converter. but when  i see the datasheet this is LED driver. so where is the ambiguity?

one more thing in this circuit, they have left open pin LED1, while this pin is of feedback. willl you please let me know what will happen in this case?

    Hello Ankush,

    Perhaps you have not had a chance to read the datasheet in full yet. This device has four operational modes. LED driver is just one of them. It can also work as a standard voltage boost regulator. You will find the necessary details of the device operation in the datasheet.
