CCS 5.1 on cd with EVM6678L can't be setup, error

OS:XP(SP3)

couldn't open socket: invalid argument

while executing,

"::Install Jammer::action::$component $this"

I am appreciated if  anyone could possibly help me tackle the issue as soon as possilbe or show me an existing help doc if exists.
