Getting OMAP4 Ducati source

Hello.

Could you describe the process of getting Ducati source for OMAP4.

We signed NDA with TI about two month ago and russian TI support told that they can send us this sources but after two month of silence they denied our request.

So which way we can get this sources?

    Hi,

    This is often managed by a TI representative. You should contact the one gave you the NDA.

    Hi.

    We got NDA from TI Russia. First they told that i have to contact with MT-System who make support of TI clients.

    MT-System people first agree to send us Ducati and other info about it but after a month they stop answer to my questions at all.

    When i asked TI Russia about Ducati again they told that can not give it to us as they don't have it.

    They addressed me to Variscite which SOM we use.

    Variscite told that we have to sign additional licence agreement and pay some of money toTI.

    Russian TI told that we don't need such agreement. They ask me to write  message on TI forum-may be someone from TI can help.

    Let me describe our problem to be clear. We don't need sources of codecs at all. The only thing that we need to change using GPTimer9 to any other as this timer the only that we can use for LCD PWM backlight according Variscite's SOM pinmux.

    So we can get some part of Ducati in binary objects.
