I have custom board based on am3892. I'm trying to boot Linux PSP using u-boot via SD card, unfortunately it doesn't work.
We suggest there could be some problems with RAM on board. I've tried to boot with different RAM frequencies configured in u-boot, but it didn't helped. How is it possible to check if RAM works properly? I suggest RAM working is easy to check via JTAG, isn't it?
Is there any way to check this issue without using JTAG?
RAM part number is K4B2G1646C-HCK0
