I bought this DSP Emulator off of ebay which came from China. It did not come with any drivers (windows or linux) or any installation instructions. I've been unable to get a response from the seller. Does anyone have any information on this device, drivers or installation instructions?

I was able to get help from another seller:

I think you cannot understand Chinese.One button named 下载(2M) means Download(2M). In fact the icon clearly tells you its function.

The seller provides a Chinese version instruction guide in the package.

In addition,the seller told me that this device only supports 32-bit system,and CCS3.3 or earlier IDE.

You should first install the USB driver, then CCS IDE,and the last one CCS driver.
