TMS320DM8168CCYGA2 stays in Reset

Hi,

I'm using TMS320DM8168CCYGA2 processor in my design.

The powers to the processor are proper. Clock inputs are also proper.

The external Reset inputs are High(as measured with multimeter).

But the processor Reset out (RSTOUTn) pin is low.

Can any one please tel me any possible cause & solution so as to get the Processor out from Reset ?
