Can TEXAS give any details of their typical failure rate for part SM320C6701 when processed to MIL-PRF-38535 Level B for military applications i.e. what is their fall out due to the screening of this product

    Texas Instruments generally does not release yield-related data such as what you are asking about. Silicon yield and test yield are direct parts of our cost structure and not something we would want to release.

    If you have a business case for information like this, which is very rare, please contact your direct field sales team.
