H.264 Encoder for DM6467 Bug

Hi, all 

I am using H.264 encoder optimized for DM6467 version 1.20.02.00 and 1.20.01.00, and I found a bug, 

Desc: After forcing current frame as an IDR frame using dynamicParam.forceFrame=IVIDEO_IDR_FRAME, not only the immediate frame is set to an  IDR frame, but  all following frames are all set to IDR frames, and using `dynamicParam.forceFrame = IVIDEO_NA_FRAME` is useless, using `dynamicParam.forceFrame = IVIDEO_P_FRAME` is not valid for the control process. 

I believe this is a bug and I wonder if any one has some suggestions to work around. Thanks a lot.
