I am using TMS320C6713B processor on my own board. I have configured the code for McBSP0 2MHz SCK to work as SPI mode(CLKSTP=10) with ADC TLV2556. I have monitored the data IN,CS and clock for 12 Clock transfer on scope and it appears good. I am using internal reference of ADC. so when I configure it on start up with CFGR2 register with Data (0xF0) it should select internal reference 4.096V. but I cant see any voltage on Ref+ pin wrt REF- pin(GND). There is no Activity on DATA OUT of ADC. EOC pin also toggles means ADC is converting Data. I dont know how to verify that internal ref is set up properly.

Hi Rahul,

The issue resolved. Actually CLK and Serial Data IN was not properly configured. It was needed that at positive edge of the clock the middle each  bit should be sampled but I was configuring start of data bit at positive edge of CLK. So ADC was not accepting CMD to set its internal reference. Now Working!! Thanks all
