Linux/TMS320DM8127: TMS320DM8127 no console output but BB_LED1 blinking (rpnc_rdk-3.9.1)- what does it mean?

Part Number: TMS320DM8127

Tool/software: Linux

This is the Camera Kit, TMDSCSK8127: I still have problems booting into u-boot prompt. Only 'CCCC..' appears  on screen.

After rebuilding u-boot, ... with ipnc_rdk-3.9.1, I don't see 'CCC..' on screen anymore or any output even but the BB_LED1 is blinking.

Could someone point me to the documentation?
