Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Please if possible provide SPICE model or at least recommend some equivalent IBIS model which can be used at least for worst case analysis.

Please if possible provide the rise/fall time or slew rates of different I/O buffers, clock outputs and memory modules' controller buffers so that I may use generalized models to produce similar behavior.

    As you would've noticed in some other similar posts, the vc33 family of devices is very old , NRND. Beyond what is on the product folder we really do not have any additional collateral to share  e.g. IBIS, BSDL.

    I am attaching an old version that was shared by a colleague about 12 years back. You can see if this helps in any way.

    This is neither tested nor supported by TI, but perhaps may help you.

    We will not able to support any further questions on this.
