HI, team,

Would you please help to check the the power supply of the SRAM in the TMS320VC33PGEA120, is 1.8V or 3.3V?

Customer is analysis a failure and need this information.

    I do not have definitive details in order to answer this.  

    The datasheet has:

    This states that DVDD is used only for the I/O pins. 

    Therefore, it is likely that the SRAM is operating at 1.8v, the same as the core logic.
