TMS320VC5510A: How many echo cancellation channels VC5510a supports with Volib

I am looking at the VC5510a and TI's ECU of Volib library, just wondering how many channels VC5510a can support up if without the external SDRAM supports.

We use the 8KHZ sampling and ulaw of the voice format.

Up to 4 channels are supported.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Is it mean only 4 channels supported or at least 4 channels are supported?

I saw some products can support up to 32 channels which use the TMS320vc5510a without external SDRAM, but I am not sure are they use the Volib or their own algorithm.
