I am using M1OMAPL138EZCER in my current product but have difficulty to identify which DSP core that I am using.
May I know where and how can I find out this piece of information?

OMAPL138 uses C6748 DSP core. Basically OMAPL138 is ARM9 Core + C6748 DSP core Here you can see the development kit is interchangeable used : 
There are other ways like memory map comparison between c6748 and OMAPL138 DSP related, etc.
