Hi Expert,
After customer upgraded NAND Flash from 2K+64bytes to 2K+128 spare bytes on AM4376 board, AM4376 can not boot successfully any more. In AM4376 userguide, it looks like AM4376 can not support 2K+128 spare bytes NAND Flash directly, it that true? if yes, is there any other method to boot 2K+128 spare bytes NAND Flash?
Hi,

No, this is not true. 2K+128 spare bytes NAND is supported, but your customer needs to change the ECC from BCH8 to BCH16. See Figure 5-15 in the TRM.
Thanks, Biser, The table is clear, Selecting between BCH8 and BCH16 ECC scheme is done by ROM code, right? There are nothing need to do from user side.
but why the feature list in above picture doesn't show that it can support 2K+128 spare, is there any special steps which need user to finish to support 2K+128 spare?

Correct.

Not correct, they need to flash the NAND with the correct ECC.

Please read the entire section about NAND boot, esp. 5.2.6.4.2.3.
