I want to calculate the actual requirement of bulk and decoupling capacitor value for AM3352.

    Capacitor requirements for AM335x can be found in the External Capacitor section of the datasheet (SPRS717).

    Hi Paul,

    We know that required capacitor  values are given in datasheet.

    But my query is different. We want to calculate exact capacitor value by drawing four region of AM3352.

    I have attached one file for OMAP5910. 

    If you can provide that type of file for AM3352 then it will be wondering.

    We do not have a similar document for AM335x.

    The document highlights important concerns about selecting capacitors with low ESL and designing you PCB connections to minimizing loop inductance. This is also very important for AM335x since the internal operating frequency is much higher and the device has more IOs.

    Many AM335x based products have been built using the capacitor guidelines defined in the datasheet. Therefore, I recommend you to follow these guidelines.
