Where can I find a document with all instructions and binary commands representation for PRU-ICSS cores?

The document you already found is the correct one. Please give a specific example of something you want to know which is not covered in that document.

It looks like that part of my message was lost.

Document spruij2 doesn't contain full instruction and operand decoding information.

It will be useful for testing & debugging my PRU firmware.

I'm using Sitara AM5726 CPU.

I think that neither assembly nor assembly binary representation (instruction & operand decoding) are CPU-specific, aren't they?

There is no document which describes the encoding. Best you can do is to compile the firmware into a _bin.h file which has the instruction dump which is used to program the Instruction RAM. If you use --asm_listing option in the assembler to generate this file then you will see the instruction corresponding to the dump.

The PRU PDF guide you posted before has the details.
