5962-9866101QXA (SMJ320C6701) footprint is same as 5962-9866102VXA (SMJ320C6701-SP) ?

I am checking on this. The data sheet does show the same number of pins with one package being a radiation hardened version of the other. I will check in more detail with some of my colleagues and get back to you.
