we are currently studying this board for R&D project, we would like to have a reference design files for the TMDSDSK5416 in order to finalize out own customize design.

can you provide the reference design for study purpose? any support from your side will be dearly appreciated

http://spectrumdigital.com/spectrum-digital-inc/docsdrivers/ has a link to the DSK 5416 Technical Reference, which has a schematic and list of materials. Is that what you are looking for?
