AM4378: Power on issue

Part Number: AM4378
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65218D0

Dear TI Team,

We have made a custom board based on AM4378 and TPS 65218D0. Currently we are in board bring-up phase and checking all power rails. So far whatever we try to eliminate the power on issue on SoC side, nothing is worked. The voltages on all power rails are unstable. Once we check the VDDS_RTC pin first, it fluctuates between 1.8V and 2.1V. On the other side , the voltage at DCDC4 pin of TPS65218D0 is also around 3.8V. In this state, the other power rails switching on and off.

Pls. note that if we remove SoC from the board, PMIC gives all the powers without any problem. It seems that the power on issue occurs while SoC is installed on board.

If it is suitable for you, we would like to send  our schematic directly to you whether there is any problem with schematic side or not?

Regards,
