those four items belong to BSD-3-Clause.

Let me clarify that these four items are TI original and no any part of the copy from any other SW.

Hi, Hitoshi,

That's what I am trying to tell you that you should look at each manifest of the package to see what's included in the package. In each manifest, it lists all components and where they are obtained from. If the component is obtained from TI, then, yes, it is developed by TI. If the component is not obtained from TI, it means it is from 3rd party, and the source will be listed instead.
